Position Overview
Key Accountabilities
Monitor sales-in performance compare with budget by coordinating with affiliates' supply chain management team to review stock-on-hand levels and working closely with the sales team that tracks affiliates' sales-out-data Support sales budgeting and forecasting, including data consolidation and variance analysis Coordinate with affiliates on documentation (e.g Shipping Instruction) required for shipments Work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any PO or shipment issues Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decision-making Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Pre-requisites
Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field 1 - 3 years' experience in sales planning, sales operations, or order management is an advantage Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel and SAP S4 Hana Detailed oriented, proactive, and able to work with multiple stakeholders Good communication and...
