Duties & Responsibilities
- Use skill and/or experience assisting customers before, during, and after purchases to satisfy customer needs.
- Must offer excellent customer service to all walk-in and calling customers.
- Receive payment or obtain credit information.
- Properly prepare stock for customer transportation.
- No unacceptable delays in responding to customer queries or complaints or answering incoming calls.
- Contact customers to arrange collection or delivery of stock as per Branch closing procedures.
- Maximise profitable cash and credit sales for fabric, wallpaper, decorator’s touch products, décor accessories, and paint.
- Maximise the sales value of each transaction through add-on sales.
- Sales and Gross profits meeting are exceeding target.
- Number and average value per cash transaction meet or exceed targets.
