Receive and accurately input sales orders from various channels (e.g., email, portal)
Verify order details, including item codes, quantities, pricing, shipping information, and customer specifics, against purchase orders and internal records.
Identify and resolve discrepancies with sales representatives or customers.
Monitor order status from placement to delivery, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
Coordinate with production, warehousing, and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Update customers and sales team on order status, backorders, and shipping details.
Receive and review customer requests for returns, exchanges, or repairs.
Determine eligibility for return based on RMA policy, warranty terms, and product condition.
Generate and issue RMA numbers, providing customers with clear instructions for returning the product.
