Responsible for business interface monitoring, accurately and efficiently managing interfaces in the system, determining a business solution on alerts and issues.
Skilled in different order entry channels such as EDI, optical character recognition tool, Web portal and CRM, with general knowledge of sales order management to identify and solve integration issues.
When relevant, create orders manually in the ERP (by mail, mass upload, and fax) according to customers’ requirements and based on business rules for third‑party sales processes.
Review and validate orders in the optical character recognition tool, update as needed, and resolve issues.
