This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely resolution of sales attainment data. The position combines daily operational execution with strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional coordination.
Core Responsibilities
Own daily monitoring, analysis, and resolution of attainment-related tickets, ensuring issues are accurately reflected in sales attainment and downstream reporting.Validate that ticket resolutions are fully implemented and visible in seller-facing tools and internal reporting.Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to drive efficient resolution and remove blockers.Produce and leverage data analytics to track ticket performance and identify systemic issues.Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and reporting related to attainment and quota operations....
