About the Role
The Sales Operations Specialist is part of IMAX’s global Sales and Corporate Development organization with a focus on business reporting, sales materials management, and cross-functional coordination. This role supports operational projects and initiatives that improve sales processes, tools, and communication to enable IMAX’s global revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
Insights & Reporting
- Assist in sales reporting and deals system management to track global sales pipeline and deals signing.
- Maintain global sales shared drive, documentation, and prepare recurring sales reports (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
- Assist in tracking sales expenses and compiling quarterly overviews.
Sales and Client Support
- Assist in creating and updating global sales presentations and materials.
- Support regional Sales VPs in inbound client inquiries and requests.
