Position Overview
The Sales Operations Lead is responsible for leading and managing partner performance, commercial policy, data analytics, to support profitable growth and effective decision‑making. The role manages a multi‑disciplinary team and partners closely with Sales, Channel Marketing and other key stakeholders to strengthen partner performance, commercial policy execution. JOB DESCRIPTION: Partner Management: Rebate management, Contract & Annex management for partners from channels Coordinate country‑level partner strategic planning and progress tracking activities. Support business by providing sales analysis data with recommendations for improvement areas / Gap mitigation opportunities related to partners for each channel. Commercial Policy: Develop and execute commercial policy strategies to support profitability and margin objectives.
