The Sales Coordinator will provide day-to-day support to the Sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales operations client engagement and internal coordination. The role is responsible for managing documentation tracking opportunities supporting bid submissions and coordinating with internal departments (Finance Procurement Operations HR) to facilitate the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales team in preparing proposals quotations and tender submissions in coordination with the Bid/Presales team.
Maintain and update sales trackers CRM records and pipeline reports to provide accurate data for management.
Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for vendor registration pricing requests and customer invoicing.
Prepare and process sales-related documents such as NDAs contracts and client correspondence.
