**The Job:**

As a **Sales Operations Manager** , you’ll be part of our Nelson Stud Welding Commercial Sales team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:

+ Salesforce.com (CRM) management and reporting of leads, opportunities, and pipeline
+ Sales Incentive Plan tracking and reporting
+ Distribution inventory management (DRP setup, Warehouse Resupply process)
