Responsibilities

Generate new leads and business opportunities for AC maintenance, electrical, plumbing, painting, handyman and technical services. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers and maintenance contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property management companies and corporate customers. Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements. Manage day-to-day company operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Assign jobs to technicians and monitor work progress. Coordinate with technical teams and follow up on job completion. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality service. Monitor team performance and operational efficiency. Support business growth and achieve company sales targets.

Qualifications
