Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist head of sales with tracking and verifying sales numbers.
- Manage and calculate incentives, commissions and clawback.
- Manage learners attendance through email and WhatsApp notifications or through calls to ensure attendance and also rescheduling.
- Retention of learners to reduce attrition.
- Other administrative roles as may be required.
- Basic + Incentive for placement / retention.
