Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day sales operations for global trading activities (import & export).Process purchase orders, sales contracts, and Proforma Invoices (PI).Monitor order status and shipment schedules; update internal systems accordingly.Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, L/C documents, etc.).Maintain proper filing and documentation of trade and shipping records.Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers (local & overseas).Coordinate shipment schedules and manage basic commercial terms.Follow up on issues, claims, and after-sales matters with the Sales Manager.Support quotation preparation and basic cost calculations.Update sales records, shipment tracking, and payment schedules.Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.Job Requirements:
