Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Handle WhatsApp enquiries and convert leads into sales
• Respond to social media enquiries (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Attend to showroom walk-in customers professionally
• Conduct product demonstrations and confidently close sales
• Assist in events, roadshows and exhibitions
• Assist in order fulfilment
