**JOB OVERVIEW**


As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Sales Order Allocation & Fulfillment functions for the Asia Pacific and Latin America business. This role is a key member of the regional leadership team; your analytical skills and insights will optimize our supply and ensure on-time fulfillment for our customers.


This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager-APLA and is based out of our Irvine, CA location.

**As the Sales Operations Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to:**

+ Act as the primary business interface between the Sales Operations & Distributors, including our distribution centers in California, Singapore, and Vendor locations.
+ Manage automated Allocation and Delivery creation jobs in SAP and partner with IT on job scheduling and optimization; maintain customer master and sales order allocation priority logic in SAP
