Knowledge:
Must have sales support administrative experience. Must be able to develop basic solutions to a variety of problems. Must be able to learn quickly and spend the majority of time working independently with limited guidance from immediate manager using well-defined procedures and processes. Good verbal, written, and office administrative skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.Specific education and experience requirements:
Typically requires a HS diploma and minimum of 5 years of relevant office administrative experience.Specific job responsibilities:
Provides office service support to the field force, on areas such as travel arrangements, company car problems, customer grants, and business office materials. Prepares routine sales, cost, expenditure, forecast, and monthly reports as needed.
