Position: Sales Operation Analyst

Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Main Responsibilities: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry benchmarking, and identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support go-to-market strategies and expansion plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Identify improvement areas by preparing and analyzing dashboards, forecasts, and reports through sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends for leadership to support data-driven decisions
Utilise, Manage and optimize CRM systems and BI tools to generate insights, support strategic planning and enhance sales processes
