We are seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to be the go‑to person for the clean data, smooth processes, timely reporting and helping the team hit targets with clarity and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Run the CRM workflow end‑to‑end: order entry, checks, approvals, billing handoff, and exception tracking.
- Keep our CRM spotless (e.g., Salesforce): maintain accounts/opportunities, validate deal data, and ensure documentation is audit‑ready.
- Build and automate reporting : daily/weekly dashboards on pipeline health, bookings, renewals, and performance KPIs; surface insights and risks.
