Position Overview
Key Responsibilities Sales Administration Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation. Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery. Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Sales Support Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports. Monitor sales performance and generate regular sales reports. Support lead management and customer follow-up activities. Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
