Role Summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to lead the onboarding process for new clients and advertisers at Kwai. You will work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient activation of contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for direct and agency clients.
- Liaise with legal and finance teams for contract approval and documentation.
- Manage internal trackers and reports related to onboarding status.
- Act as the bridge between internal teams and external clients to resolve blockers.
- Support internal process improvements and standardization of onboarding steps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or similar fields.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
