The Sales Operation Agent serves as a vital link between customers and our sales team, ensuring that customer focus is prioritized. This role involves collaborating with sales and shipping teams to guarantee an efficient and timely delivery process for our clients. The agent will manage incoming orders in accordance with customer agreements, freight shipping, and other relevant policies.

Essential Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into Visual (ERP) and resolve any ambiguities.
• Communicate changes to customers and follow up on their orders.
