Position Overview
Responsibilities:
• Assist BDM with sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports
• Consolidate and analyze sales data for strategic decisions
• Align sales demand with farm operations and supply chain capacity
• Identify and profile potential customers, traders, and breeders
• Maintain and update customer and prospect databases
• Organize business meetings, trade events, and partnership activities
• Conduct market and competitor research for new initiatives
• Gather market price data and monitor competitor pricing
• Prepare pricing proposals, discounts, and credit documentation
• Support order processing, documentation, and delivery coordination
• Maintain customer records, coordinate meetings, and prepare client materials
• Manage BDM’s calendar, travel, schedules, and confidential documents
