- To develop new business by approaching directly with company owners and project owners. - To assist the Sales & Marketing General Manager in leading and managing the division. - To identify potential customers, expand the customer base, and strengthen partnerships. - To negotiate with customers and the factory regarding production, payment, and delivery. - To discuss product specifications between customers and distributors. - To know procedures of the Department of Highways and the Department of Rural Roads - To issue quotations and contracts based on agreed product specifications. - To control and monitor the delivery process and follow up on payments. - To visit customers, including occasional domestic business trips. - To prepare monthly reports to evaluate sales performance and gross margin. - Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
