Job Description

• Develop and cultivate business to achieve sales, market share and profit targets.
• Plan, implement and execute business strategies to meet company objectives.
• Prepare business performance reports i.e. Sales and inventory status and control and other monthly reports assigned.
• Manage dealers’ inventory through sell-out activities.
• Manage promoters’ targets, deployment and sell out achievement. Convey monthly sales target to individual promoters.
• Supports promoters’ leave application and update HR Dept.
• Work closely with customers/dealers/retail outlets to enhance dealer relationships.
• Manage customers’ AR and AP.
• Understand the marketplace: competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies.
