Perform full spectrum of sales duties from prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, sales administration, and after-sales service.
Brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing strategies to promote projects/properties, including but not limited to online and offline advertising, roadshows, launches, exhibitions, project awards participation, corporate campaigns, and publicity events.
Carry out competitor study and market research to identify market potential, prospective customers, market penetration, and market competitiveness, as and when required.
Coordinate with consultants, creative agencies, and vendors on the development of marketing collaterals and sales tools to ensure the accuracy of product information and meet the deadline requirements.
Assist in preparing, organizing, and carrying out upcoming new project launch preparation, documents, and marketing activities and materials.
