Follow company Asia strategy to create and update yearly strategy and objectives of Sales and Marketing function;
Develop sales management capabilities, and build a cohesive and high-performance team;
Develop new business opportunities in targeted industry sectors (non-consumer industries);
Create relevant policies and budget plan to support the sales target (incentive policy, bidding procedure etc.);
