Responsibilities
Being responsible for the sales in Traditional Trade, Restaurants, and HoReCa.Looking for sales increase and expansion opportunities.Working closely with responsible customers by sharing information, requesting event areas, etc.Planning with Marketing Division on sales promotion and event planning.Analyzing sales strategy to improve sales volume and achieve sales targets.Finding and developing new customers on Traditional Trade, Restaurant, and HoReCa channels.Handling team development (Soft and hard skills).Leading and coaching a strong driving team to deliver sales results with target achievement.
