Position Overview
The role of the Sales Director is to manage the assigned territory, direct and coordinate the company’s strategies and oversee all business aspects of this territory. The candidate also works with the company’s administrative representatives as well as the strategic development and production teams to achieve organizational goals.
THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR YOU
- Supervising the activities of the representatives responsible for promoting the products, for the achievement of the company’s objectives, for the training of contractors and for the quality of product installation.
- Implementing the key plans necessary to achieve SOPREMA’s objectives within the territory, especially the regional strategic plan, the annual business plan and the annual budgets;
