Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Accountability:
  • Manage and hold accountable offshore Mortgage agents, with a focus on daily productivity.
  • Host morning sales standby calls and manage afternoon check-ins.
  • Manage onboarding and support of new hires, with special focus on their first 14 days.
  • Run weekly pulse check 1:1s to set and track short- and long-term goals.
