KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical and Clinical Support
Develop and execute territory and distributor sales strategies to achieve assigned targetsManage and drive distributor performance, including forecasting, inventory, and pipeline managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customersIdentify new business opportunities and expand market presenceProvide clinical and product support including case coverage and training where requiredCollaborate with internal teams (Marketing, operation, leadership) to ensure alignment and executionMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategiesSupport tender submissions, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations within guidelinesEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsEducational Support
