Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to oversee business development activities, manage key client accounts, and support the companyβs sales growth initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and leading sales operations to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to support business expansion
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and reports
- Lead negotiations and manage commercial discussions with customers
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular management reports
