Role Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for overall store performance, including revenue growth, team management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities - Drive store sales targets and profitability
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team
- Develop sales strategies and promotional plans
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and customer retention
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand consistency
- Handle escalations, complaints, and VIP clients
- Work with marketing on campaigns and launches
Requirements - 5+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty/cosmetics
- Proven experience managing teams and hitting targets
