Position Overview
Job Description: As a Sales Manager, the key deliverable is to lead a team of Financial Consultants to drive sales growth and manage the team in accordance with the organization policies and procedures. You will also be the first point of contact for our Financial Consultants to support the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities - Effectively execute the sales plans and strategies as set by management to achieve the sales targets for the team.
- Maintain a highly motivated team of Financial Consultants to maximise sales productivity and monitor their performance to ensure the development of their full potential.
