Meet potential clients , understand their renovation requirements, space usage, design preferences, budget, and timeline.
Prepare sales quotations and proposals for carpentry works such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, feature walls, TV consoles, office cabinets, customised furniture, and other built‑in works.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, site supervisors, carpenters, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and fulfilled.
Conduct site visits and measurements where necessary to assess project requirements and provide practical recommendations.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to close sales, maintain relationships, and secure repeat business or referrals.
