Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue across all hotel segments
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and market analysis reports
- Identify and pursue new corporate, travel and group business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents and industry partners
- Manage account databases and monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Collaborate with revenue, reservations and operations teams to optimise pricing and occupancy
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and site inspections
- Develop promotional initiatives and support marketing campaigns
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required
