Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and activities to achieve company objectives.
• Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and communicate how our products/services meet those needs.
• Create plans, goals and targets to maximize profits while meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, and track results against plans, making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (prior experience in a similar role preferred).
• Extensive background in sales with knowledge of the local market and excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer service principles and communicate effectively.
• Language skills are beneficial but not required.
