Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Mortgage  to drive business growth in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The role involves team handling, channel management, and achieving monthly sales and disbursement targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP)  business in the Lucknow market

• Manage and develop a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives

• Build strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and brokers
