Responsible for the Mortgage Team’s Mortgage sales performance/target.
Lead and coach a team of PBM (around 6-13 headcount) for sales activities and campaigns.
To support the region’s BDM Secured Assets and RSH Assets by conducting product briefing, ongoing training, coaching, guidance, enhance sales productivity and engagement with PBM.
Ensure efficient Performance Tracking & continuously adapting new business strategies to improve sales.
Ensure customer service is competitive vs industry level.
Meet compliance requirement as per our Banking Guideline.
To create product awareness in the market by establishing strong networking with internal and external customers.
