Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Mortgage business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel, ensuring consistent sourcing, partner relationship management, and high-quality portfolio onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business through DSA networks.

• Onboard, manage and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors and channel partners.

• Ensure proper documentation, file login, and coordination with credit & operations teams.
