The MICE and Entertainment Sales Manager is responsible for managing and converting incoming Group, Conference and Banqueting enquiries from MICE & Entertainment agencies and direct clients across the UK, Europe, North America and worldwide markets. The primary focus is responding to enquiries in a timely manner, identifying client requirements, and maximising conversion opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Handle the full enquiry process from initial contact through to confirmation, providing tailored proposals and solutions to meet client needs. Coordinate and plan group and event requirements, ensuring all logistical details are communicated accurately and efficiently.
Act as the main point of contact for agency and direct accounts throughout the sales process, building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of customer service. Maintain accurate records within sales systems and work closely with internal departments to ...
