About the job Sales Manager (Marine Engine Makers) Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement after-sales strategies to maximize revenue from service & spare parts.
- Drive sales of engine maintenance services, overhaul packages, AMC contracts, and genuine spare parts .
- Build, strengthen, and retain relationships with shipowners, ship managers, and marine engineering firms.
- Identify customer pain points and propose tailored after-sales solutions (retrofits, upgrades, condition monitoring services).
- Work closely with service engineers, technical teams, and logistics for project execution and customer support.
- Negotiate commercial terms, quotations, SLAs, and annual service frameworks.
- Conduct market intelligence on competitor pricing, service offerings, and upcoming fleet maintenance schedules.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.
