Operational
· Ensures professional leisure sales calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies.
· Carefully plans leisure sales calls with defined objectives to maximize conversion and guest satisfaction.
· Maintains a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features, and services, with emphasis on leisure offerings and experiences.
· Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent product knowledge of the hotel’s leisure packages and services.
· Systematically and efficiently calls on allocated leisure accounts within the location, reporting findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales.
· Pre‑qualifies and targets leisure prospects, utilizing the Delphi database to develop effective solicitation strategies that increase the hotel’s leisure market share.
