Qualifications Bachelorβs degree in business, Aviation Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets for new and pre-owned aircraft Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with buyers, brokers, aircraft owners, and operators Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing Negotiate terms and close sales transactions, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and internal policies Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies and sales tactics Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings domestically and internationally as required Provide regular sales forecasts, report...
