We’re looking for someone with strong B2B sales experience who knows how to lead a team, build relationships with operators and business owners, and move deals forward.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Develop the SDR Team
- Manage and coach SDRs responsible for outreach and early-stage pipeline
- Set clear activity and pipeline targets
- Support SDRs on discovery calls, pitching, and objection handling
- Review pipelines regularly and help move opportunities forward
Drive Regional Partner Acquisition
- Identify and prioritize businesses that are strong fits for capture environments
- Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Run meetings, negotiate partnerships, and close agreements
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
