Position Overview
In order to be considered the following is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 5 - 8+ years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 2 - 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution networks and retail channels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strategic thinking and planning

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer relationship management
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Working capital improvements (DSO, DPO, inventory turnover)
