Mô tả công việc: -Keeps himself/herself well informed about the product (lodging, catering and other facilities).
-Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
-Search for new clients and maintain enforce relationship with existing accounts.
-Establishes and manages the Sales Strategy of the hotel.
-Develops and analyses new markets and new market segments
-Forecasts future travel patterns and provides trade feedback to the management.
-Monitors and supervises his/her team’s production and activities in HCM branch.
-Compiles contract analysis, allotment materialization
-Responsible for the execution of yearly budget and developing business of related market segmentations.
-Ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress and updates if necessary.
