Job Responsibilities
·Conduct rate negotiations with clients based on guidelines provided by supervisor and ensure mutual agreement on offered rates.
·Follow up with client post-delivery and signing of the rate letter.
·Review rates depending upon materialization and load rates through CRO if RFPs are accepted, or re-negotiate with hotels and resend the RFP for acceptance.
·Review the plan periodically to monitor the gap between budgets and actuals and take corrective action wherever required.
·Identify key hit and retention accounts and go on specified targeted calls to familiarize and acquire the same.
·Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience
