Position Overview
ROLE PURPOSE
The Sales Manager will lead sales growth and business development for fans and motors supplied to HVAC and ventilation manufacturers in the assigned territory. The role is intended for a field-driven sales professional with strong local market connections, ready access to key customers, and the ability to build the company's presence in a Africa market.
KEY OBJECTIVES
Develop and grow sales of fans, motors, and related ventilation solutions across the assigned territory.Establish and strengthen relationships with HVAC and ventilation OEMs, AHU manufacturers, contractors, consultants, and key channel partners.Build market presence from the ground up through structured business development, customer mapping, and regular field visits.Identify projects, OEM opportunities, and new accounts that can deliver sustainable revenue growth.Act as the local commercial face of the business and provide timely market ...
