About the role

As Sales Manager for the French Market at Amenitiz, your primary objective is to ensure the day‑to‑day execution, coaching, and operational stability of a small, focused French sales team. You will be a hands‑on manager – present in the detail, close to the numbers, and invested in each person's development. You are expected to make the team work: holding the cadence, removing blockers, running the pipeline, and making sure activity translates into results.
