Position Overview
Job Purpose Responsible for managing a team of client managers and Senior Client Managers. The primary objective is to achieve their sales targets through effective allocation of team territories and targets, motivating team members and ensuring outstanding sales performance. The role combines management, selling, coaching and leadership activities, with the objective of enabling the sales team to meet assigned sales targets.
Job Responsibilities - Align to the sales strategy ensuring ARC strategic objectives are met.
- Accountable for creating turn‑around solutions to ensure that sales plans are met irrespective of current situation by ensuring that sales procedures and policies as defined by the senior management are implemented and followed.
