Achieve sales and collection targets in the assigned territory and manage Company showrooms, dealers, and hospitality customers.
Lead business development, providing leadership to a sales team of more than 70 sales force across the Middle East (Egypt, KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) and North Africa.
Design strategies for various markets – recruiting, training, team building, motivating, understanding market needs, and launching new products for various segments.
Conduct training programs for company sales staff and dealer salesmen.
Design and implement promotional schemes and launch new products in the territory.
Propose innovative ideas to improve business in the territory.
Think strategically, be an effective team player, and be a good thinker and strategist.
Qualifications
Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute.
